昨日朝、区民の方から、「始業時間の9時ぎりぎりに出勤してきている区役所職員がいるが、民間企業なら9時始まりなら8時半には出てきて準備をしているものだ」とお叱りを受けました。改めて、職員にこのことを伝え、自分たちの行動が市民の目でどう見えるか、見つめ直してもらおうと思っています。
